Yes, it is true I seen it on a commercial 'Spike TV's 52 Most Irresistible Women' which aired in 2004, I am quite new to this site and that is why I did not post this information before. She admitted herself to being very ticklish on her crotch, I'm not sure if or where you can find this clip or not. There must be someone else who seen this and remembers it as well, but anyway if I find a clip of it, i'll post it.
