This is not exactly a tickling scene.

"18 to Life" is a Canadian television show about two young newlyweds and their families. It stars Stacey Farber from Degrassi: TNG.

Anyways, her character's bio on the show's web-page states that her character, Jessie, is ticklish!

There have been no tickling scenes yet that I am aware of, but we can hope, right?

Nice find!
The problem with CBC shows is that they rarely last beyond two seasons, even when they're good series. That will lower any chance of getting requests and such in.
