I think this clips is callled Jewel from FC-45. I'll describe it: I I think Dorthy is the tickler and she is tickling a hogtied girl who claims she is not ticklish, but keeps on bursting into laughter and telling her to stop. I collected the clip a long time ago, but somehow I have lost it.
