In fairness to TklWolf, there was ALSO the article in Rolling Stone that mentioned her being tickled by her mother - but I immediately knew which picture you were talking about. The fact that her mother is apparently no stranger to tickling Jewel suggests that, whilst the action in the picture is ambiguous, the fun is probably just about to start...
