Up into Game 2 of the 2017 AlDS, between the Yankees vs the Indians, I always respected Joe Girardi's managing skills. However can anyone explain to me why he didn't challenge the call on Lonnie Chisenhall? Chisenhall was not hit by the pitch, the ball hit the knob or his bat, and it should have been strike three, and the bottom of the 6th should have been over. Then the next batter Fransisco Lindor hits a grand slam off Chad Green, and it changes the whole outlook of the game. Then after the game, Joe Girardi's reasoning for not challenging the call is "I didn't want to disrupt Chad Green's rhythm. Say what Joe Girardi. That statement makes not sense to me.
