I heard the news about punk legend and my personal music icon Joe Strummer of The Clash died yesterday. I am heartbroken. He's one of my all-time heroes, a guvnor on-stage who was like your best mate and The Clash were one of the greatest bands ever, not to mention being a punk band that can actually play their instruments. London Calling is a superb album, and songs like Rock the Casbah, London Calling, Guns of Brixton and so many others are my favourites. Christmas was going so well...:sadcry:

I hear ya, grippedchimp. The Clash is synonymous with punk, and though I'm not exactly a fan, I love those songs "London Calling" and "Rock the Casbah." RIP, Joe. 🙁 🙂
