I can't imagine why nobody has posted the possible tickle fetish of John Rhys Davies. I could post some links here but it's hard to do on my phone, but seriously if you Google his name and then "tickle" you come up with blog after blog after blog of people saying how they met him at fantasy conventions, how kind and friendly he is, and how he tickles everybody that wants to take pictures with him. And they posted the pictures. Apparently it's known to be his thing. One blogger even mentioned that the stories are true and that he tickles everyone who comes near him. The only celebrities I know of that are like that are Bill Murray or maybe Robin Williams. But with Davies we have pictures! And I know he's not exactly Orlando Bloom or Johnny Depp but still, this is pretty rare in mainstream Hollywood. I can post links if anyone is interested.

Not to mention how he portrayed the character "Man-Ray" in a SpongeBob cartoon. That episode is all ABOUT tickling. Man-Ray (Rhys-Davies) is a villain imprisoned in Mermaid Man's "Merma-Lair". In case of escape, he is equipped with a Tickle Belt that can be activated by remote control. At one point, Patrick Star is tickling Man-Ray so viciously that the villain shrieks: "You're tickling my DNA!"
