Another coach fired too soon. When will owners give these guys a real chance to prove themselves. What are you expecting when you hire a 30-yr-old, first time head coach? Give him a chance to build the team.

And how weird is it that they fire him after yesterdays loss. It's not like it was one of the worst of the season. A lot of people thought they'd be blown out by the Chiefs.
