From last episode of the 4th season of 30 Rock. Would love to see Julianne Moore tickled for real in a movie! (anyone know of any instances?) Unfortunately, this 20-second clip is not that....but it is a pretty funny interjection.

She's speaking in an over-the-top Boston accent.
