My choice would be Kiera Knightly, (Elizabeth from the Pirates of the Carribbean) I would be tied traditional spread eagle in barefeet and shirtless.

Yeah--she was interviewed a while back (I believe there is a clip somewhere on the site) where she said she likes being tickled...
