Just letting everyone know this group still exists.
Firstly the group is no longer called tethers and feathers. It is now apart of Black Rose and is called the Black Rose Tickle Sig. The parties happen every 2nd Sat. of the month in northern VA. The parties are advertised on FetLife, so you'll need to join to get the info on them. The person in charge is also no longer Spenser.
