Why is it that certain people ((parents)) see that it upsets me to even think about going into work, they know how I feel about working at this comapny, one of them HAS worked at this company and knows what its like ("I know theyre a terrible comapny to work for"), yet they won't let me quit or call off? I feel like they're forcing me to go, and it's not helping my attitude at work any, either.

Must be hard for them to accept the fact that you're all grown up, Lime. Mind you, they should make their minds up. But you're lucky you have a job. I'm "unemployable"!

Somehow I dont think they need an alto clarinet player

Well actually that band is becomming a hit in Melbourne... and they are Vox, Drums, Acost Bass, Rodes Keyboard and Brass with Sax. Clarinet is close to the Sax... you could easily do something in the music scene here if you were half decent... especially if you were into improv. The music scene here is huge... just waiting for people to come and play. If you have a dream, only you can realise it!

Yea, I usually had to play alto sax on most of the band arragements because few pieces came with an alro clarinet part.

I have been at my job close to thirteen years and hated almost every minute of it. So I know where you are coming from Lime. I hope and pray I can find another job closer to home and that I can enjoy. I hope you find a job you like too Lime its awful spending 8 hours a day at something you hate doing.
