Looks like this one just hit the airwaves. A guy (Dylan) pins down the lee while two ladies tickle.

It's a 10+ minute video but only the first five are tickling. One of the ladies goes after his feet during the entire tickling portion.
There's a companion one where Dylan is revenged, but the camera angle's not as good so it wasn't interesting enough to me.
