Kate Elliott. She used to have a YT channel (maybe still does, can't find it). She got really wild reactions during a rather long pedicure video and she exclaimed that she hates having her feet touched.

There was also a tweet of her dog or cat tickling her feet.

I'll seek it out. It may have been even posted here at some point.

Be noted though - Her reactions don't necessarily seem as ticklish ones, as she said that she has a thing about having her feet touched and never mentioned that it necessarily tickles in that video.
Although, considering that later we've had two confirmations that her feet ARE ticklish, I'm pretty sure that the pedicure had to tickle her and it wasn't just a reaction to some kind of "feet-touching phobia".
