On the Keeping Up With The Kardashians website, http://www.eonline.com/shows/kardashians , there is a 30 second promo ad entitled "The Kardashians" Returns This Summer (you have to search for it on the main page).
In it, Kourtney is pinned down and Khloe uses her bare foot to hold Kourtney's arm up in place. She then starts tickling Kourtney's exposed armpit. One of the guys on the sofa states "It's not over 'till the fat lady sings."
Kourtney, through her laughs, replies, "Khloe, start singing"!
Interestingly, the guy in the middle of the sofa is also recording the action on his cell phone camera from a different angle, so there may be a second, unedited, version of the scene out there somewhere in Internet-land.
