Maybe try downloading the file to your computer. If thats what you have been doing, maybe you need the divx codec?

You should right-click and save it to your computer before trying to play it, because .ram files don't stream well from forums. Also, ensure that you have the latest version of Real Player (free version available, www.real.com) or if you prefer, you could uninstall Real Player and try the popular Real Alternative, free at http://www.free-codecs.com/download/Real_Alternative.htm
