Not a guarantee of course, but I found a couple pictures of Kendall getting a fish pedicure that she posted herself. In two of them it looks like she's screaming with laughter, and it's pretty much a fact fish pedicures are insanely ticklish at first. Also, she put "let the lord be with you" at the end of it. Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but that sounds like she's saying it was really hard to deal with.
