The memories of this are fuzzy, because I don't pay close attention to M/M tickling, but.. I believe I remember a scene in the movie "The Pink Panther" starring Kevin Kline, and Steve Martin.

As I recall, there is a scene where Kline is trying to get information from Martin, and Kline removes Martin's sock, and starts tickling his bare foot, going "Tickle, Tickle". Martin has no reaction, shakes his head, and goes "Nope". Either Steve Martin isn't ticklish, or he did a really good job of controlling himself.

Does anyone else remember this scene?

I remember the scene from Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, where Martin was supposed to be a soldier with no feeling below the waist. Michael Caine played opposite him, and tickled his foot to to get a reaction, which he did not.
 
Then maybe I'm wrong about this, sorry. I thought it was Kline tickling Martin. My apologies for the mistake.
