How many or often someone was kidnapped for the sake of being tickled, but not very IHMO. But did kidnap victims get tickled, I'd have to imagine yes. I mean even if you're not into tickling per se, I still think if you guarding someone who's tied up, it'd be hard not to tickle them I'd think..at least on some occasions. But I dare say we'll never hear about any such things as most details of kidnap victims aren't made public. At least no details that I remember hearing about. Just my .02.
