Yesterday, an 18 year old girl entered a police station in Austria. When she said her name, the cops were shocked: it was the name of a girl who had disappeared without a trace eight years ago!
She had been abducted by a man when she was ten. He held her prisoner in a small room above his garage, always locking her in behind an iron door. Her room contained a bed, a toilet, and some books. What else he did to her is not yet clear. She appears to be in good health, only with slight signs of malnutrition. And she suffers from the Stockholm Syndrome: she likes her kidnapper.
She only got away when her kidnapper forgot to lock the door yesterday. The police started an immediate search for him, a man of now 43 years. Around 11 pm last night, they found him: He had thrown himself in front of an express train near Vienna, dead now.
The girl's parents are still under shock, although from a happy one. The police had told them that she was most probably dead, even though a matching corpse was never found.
This is simply incredible!!!
