I've actually seen this one! The girl is voiced by Kirsten Dunst (it's where she got the nickname kiki, according to imdb.com.) The girl is sleeping in a cow-car on a train and her foot falls through the hay and is licked by a cow.

Incidentally, this clip is not from the version that features the voice of Kirsten Dunst, but from the Japanese original.

I've seen the re-dubbed version with Kirsten's voice and to be honest, she doesn't really put much effort into the performance of that scene (or certainly not as much effort as whomever did the original voice).
