I saw it. Not my kind of thing.
There did look like there was a tickle scene in it with the girl in the cage, but the second time I watched, she was just screaming as he tried to grope her. It honestly looked and sounded the first time like he was tickling her.
 
I was really hoping that it would see at least a short run with a few episodes to test the waters. The whole theme of being an outrageous and random Conan The Barbarian was just really funny to me.
