Two tickle scenes in the Krypto episode The Living End
Krypto's tail was brought to life by red kryptonite, and goes crazy. The Dog Star Patrol try to stop it, but it's no good. One of the members, a female chiuhauha that can expand herself, attempted to squash the tail with the help of Tusky Husky, but the tail started to tickle her overlarge stomach. She seemed very ticklish there. A couple seconds of hysteric laughter.
As for the second one, Krypto uses a paintbrush to paint a scary face on the same chiuhauha's stomach. She's giggles quite a lot and, once Krypto's done, she says, "I've been tickled enough for one day."
