😕 I've noticed a definite pattern in that 90% of any tickling material to come out of Japan is upperbody/lower body but almost never feet. Most Japanese tickling videos are usually the same. For a comparitively sexually layed back country this always confused me. Maybe something in the culture that turns people off of feet? (ex: the old practice of foot binding is still thought to be barbaric by many modern day asians).....

As far as I know, foot-binding was never part of the Japanese culture, that happened only in China and China-influenced countries.

But feet are considered something dirty in Japan. It is highly impolite to point your feet forward when you sit down on the tatami floor; always point them at least sideway, better even back. Maybe that's the reason why there's so little foot-tickling in Japanese vids, it's only my guess. 😉

The reason foot-binding is considered barbaric is because it cripples and mutilates the person undergoing the process, not because Chinese have some sort of foot hangup. In many cases the feet are literally broken in half and folded under themselves, and as a result of this, the person is no longer capable of walking properly.

I have first-hand knowledge of this because my grandmother on my wife's side *had* her feet bound, and I spent a day in her village when I visited China three years ago.

Anyway. One possible reason why there isn't much foot tickling in Japanese videos is because the Japanese don't produce tickle porn for the same reasons we do. We produce it because we enjoy the sight of the girl being tickled. They produce it because it's yet another way to humiliate or torture a bound, helpless victim... or make her pee. The Japanese *really* have a thing for bondage and watersports. Or upper-body tickling gives them an excuse to make the girl take her clothes off. I can safely say, though, that very few of the Chinese or Korean women I know think feet are even remotely amusing. Most do consider them "dirty"; when I filmed Yang for Ticklish Situations she told me I had better go wash my hands when I was done tickling her feet.

The Asian culture thou is old and mystery. There is the history of the 5000 in China. Japan with Korean culture overwhelming majority all come from our China. The Chinese history was long and then caused keep oppositely, the eastern culture is more reserved, unlike the western culture compares to open, this is the eastern culture!

I asked my wife about all of this, and she confirms that there's an old stereotype among Chinese that regards feet as highly sexual. Apparently foot-binding came into practice because an Emperor instituted it because he liked tiny feet, and the impression became that men liked this sort of thing, so the women did it to please their men, because at the time they were financially bound to them. It also probably had something to do with an unspoken motif of "always keep a woman in her place", because once the girl's feet are bound she can't exactly leave her husband, so he's free to fool around or whatever all he likes.
