Latest Doctor Visit-News Good-I Don't Have To See Him For Six Months

I had my latest Doctor visit today, and the news on my weight and blood pressure remains positive. My blood pressure is 122 over 80, which my Doctor said is normal. My weight is 175 pounds now, which he said is right on the maximum line of where he wants me to be. Overall, he was pleased with me, and, he said that if my weight and BP stay normal, he will only need to see me every six months for checkups. I am thrilled to have the checkup over with. Now I can just relax, and focus on work, and what I have to do. My next visit with him is not until January 9, 2007.
Anyhow, just wanted to post about my latest visit. Thanks to everyone who has supported me with my health issues over the past sixteen months. It is always appreciated.

Thanks, bug, and hotel. The support is appreciated. Yes, I'm happy, too. At one point last year, I was seeing him every month. Every six months is much better. It gives me intervals to watch myself, and clear my head, without medical visits every month, which as everyone knows, are not fun.

I bet it feels so good to have worked your way to better health. I myself lost a ton of weight not that long ago and I know how much better I feel. It's cool that your blood pressure is down to what it should be and even cooler that your hard work has paid off.

Bill, thanks for the good wishes, my friend. They are appreciated.
As for the Braves, they are doing better of late. Maybe they can have a good second half, and snare the wild card. I havent totally given up hope.
