Glad everyone is enjoying them...i try to post them when the show contains content worth posting..sometimes i procrastinate a bit but i usually get to it ina few days. Too bad i dont actually do the exercises they do on the show amk714..i need to get rid of this holiday gut...heh. Should have more to post ina few hours from yesterday.
