Hello folks...this is webmaster Joe at the NEW Laughing Gas Zone.
Many of you may have noticed that we were out of commission for
a bit. Unfortunately, our domain provider disapeared on us. We have
not only had to move to a new provider, but select a new domain URL.
The new URL isn't significantly different from the old one, but it was one
more inconvenience attatched to the forced move.
But enough about the bad news. The good news is that we have taken the
down time to revamp and load the Zone. The site has been retooled and all
sections are loaded. Sections previously "under construction" are open and
with the exception of the Story Section we have every known cartoon, photo
and video that has ever been seen in the Zone's various incarnations. The Story
Section has about 200 stories I need to HTML format this coming week, but it will
also be fully loaded. This means there are thousands of images in the Archive section
for members to enjoy. Of course, with the NEW site, there will be a few glitches and
dead links. Please help us out by reporting them and they will be taken care of right
away.
Updates will go back to the weekly Friday times. All four sections: Videos, Cartoons.
Photos, Photomanipulations and Stories will get a weekly update of fresh, never seen
before material. We have also added a FREE section to the site for those of you who are
either can't afford a membership or who are just casual visitors. The free section will be
updated periodically with new material. For those strapped of cash or just want to contribute,
we encourage you to submit new material that you find or create for membership to the site.
We of course are actively hiring writers, artists and models who wish to work for the site, so
drop us an e-mail with a sample of your work.
Lastly, all previously active memberships have been extended 30 days. If your old membership
works then that means it didn't expire while we were down and we've extended it's life by 30
days. If your old passdoes not work, you were sent a 30 day passcode. If you have not recieved your
passcode or there is some technical problem, please feel free to e-mail us. I will take care of all technical
problems personally.Just a note...If your passcode expired before we went down then you need to sign up
for a new one through our website.
Well, I think that about covers things. If you have any questions, comments, criticism(be nice) then please
e-mail us. I am the new primary webmaster and customer service rep, so I'll be handlind the majority of
the issues people may be having. I do tend to be away on Saturday's and Sundays so if your question or
problem is not immediatelly addressed or responded to, that is the reason. I hope you all enjoy the site and
we look forward to bringing you new material each week.
