Thats bob marshall from worldwide tickling back in the day. His stuff was awesome and i used to own several of his vhs tapes. Legend and pioneer!
Fyi he also made the stocks used by solefully yours back in the day as well

I've been trying to find one of the Worldwide Tickling that had Jennifer and Cody. A video where Cody tickles his wife Jennifer's feet and she loved it. If anyone has it can U upload it somehow?
