This guy was arrested walking around in Virginia in full Joker makeup. (It's illegal there unless it's Halloween.)

But... check out his tattoos... Interesting ideas to consider in place of feather tattoos. 🙂

Joker is arguably my favourite ever villain, so at first I thought 'why would this be banned?...', then I took a closer look at this, and...yeah that look he's sporting is too freakish to be legal outside of Halloween.

The laughing tattoos? Eh, maybe...I'm not a big fan of tats to begin with. Maybe it's just hard for me to separate the 'Haha's from the Joker look. Idk...
