This was never captured on film, but in an episode of the FBI in the 60's, Lee's character was immobilized in an iron lung, and between takes her costars were tickling her helpless feet;

■Speaking of Lee Meriwether, her character in this episode spends all her time in an iron lung. The actress was prone the whole time of shooting. Both William Windom and Efrem Zimbalist Jr. tormented Ms. Meriwether off-screen by tickling her feet!!
It doesn't say if she was ticklish but did say they "tormented" her by tickling her feet, so that's good enough for me.
