Say someone is tickling your feet which are very ticklish...

It starts with the ler tickling just one foot. If they start tickling the other foot at the same time is it twice as bad or does it just add a small amount to the tickling that was already occuring on the other foot.

How does your brain process being tickled on two places at the same time?

Okay, well imagine somebody puts their hand on your left shoulder. Then, they put their other hand on your right shoulder.

Not really OP's question but I've always wondered if asymmetric tickling is easier or harder to deal with than symmetric tickling. In most videos when tickling someone in two different places the lers keep it symmetric (i.e. both feet, both armpits, ribs) but I've often wondered if someone were to tickling your left underarm and your stomach at the same time would that be harder or easier to deal with?

Well to answer Firesprite, the asymmetric tickling that has been done to me, makes it harder to deal with. Like you said symmertric it donw in one area which makes it easier to deal. The asymmetric makes it harder and tickle more because its at different spots and makes your mind go from focusing on say both you feet to your sides and underarms

For me, it would make the tickling sensation twice as intense. Usually.

To answer simply, YES! This may vary depending on the 'lee though.
Particularly when the tickler begins by torturing one foot and then proceeds
to the other or both, it is definitely twice as bad for me.
There's that build-up where you know what's in store and anticipation
makes it ten times worse.

i think random tickling would make it tickle more, like if you were itckling the foot and with the othe hand go to the side then randomly switch
