Tickletheater.com for one, since that's the only place I know you can upload to. If the file's too big, you can RAR it and upload individual pieces.

Other than that, I couldn't name any free hosts that 1) allow file linking and 2) don't suck. Nowadays if you want a host without retarded restrictions, you'd have to pay for it.

Your site has a couple of 'teen tickling' pictures that caught me off guard. I just thought I should bring this to your attention incase you hadn't posted them yourself.

The description says that you'd delete any minor pics. It's becoming more and more frequent for Yahoo groups to be manipulated this way in order for child pron. It worries me. 🙁

When you go to make a new post there, it'll have the Attach File section below the post area. Browse for the file, and when you submit the post it'll upload the file. Their limit on files is 5MB I believe.
