Last week I was at a local library when I saw a beautiful redhead lady kneel down to reach something near the floor exposing her nice looking soles which were sticking out from her flipflops. Now I know that most redheads have ticklish feet so I was very tempted to do (well) but of course being a gentleman I simply went on my way. Has any of this happened to guys? Thanks in advance for any replys.

I must have tickled the feet of hundreds of ladies at the college library through the years. Mind you, I don't do it anymore because there are too many risks when you do that.
I posted this here before but for the sake of this thread I'll post it again. When you enter the library, look for desks similar to the one pictured:
Let's say that there is a lady sitting there. You'll be able to tell whether or not she is wearing sandals, flip flops or is sitting there barefoot. Sit at the chair opposite hers. There is a wooden partition separating your view of her and her view of you. You'll be able to see her feet, though, if you look under the desk. I would untie my shoelaces and cross my legs in such a way that the shoelaces would dance upon her toes. You have to do a little fancy footwork to achieve the desired result, but 9 times out of 10, the lady in the seat across from mine loved the ticklish sensation my shoelaces produced.
Again, I would recommend you do this with ladies you already know, but back in my college days I was more of a risk taker than I am now.
