are you kidding? that clip didnt show anything. i thought i was going to see Merriman promising victories and will go to New England and dance on top of Brady's car or something. that pep rally was very tame.

there is no excuse for the Patriots' behavior at the end of the game. the Patriots are letting success go to their heads...

i hope Indy ends this madness once and for all...

oh yeah, now i can see why you dont like Merriman. doesnt he destroy the Raiders everytime he faces them. Aaron Brooks and crew must see that "Lights Out" dance a LOT.... 😀 lol.....

Every OLB in 3-4 defence killed the Raiders and they did without being juiced up .......in my opinion he all but promised a victory - "I'm going to smack Brady right in the mouth".

It just seems they can't handle it when the trash talking goes against them.

How about the third down play? Pats have it, 3rd and I think it was 8, just out of field goal range. Brady passes, the Chargers deflect the pass. Good defense? Yes. Until the Chargers player gets up, talks trash and then headbutts the Patriots receiver. Result? 15yd penalty and automatic first down Patriots. The Pats go on to score that drive. Without that one play, the Pats do not score. Guess what? San Diego wins the game.

So not only was that play 'no class', that was just plain stupid.

c'mon german, are you REALLY going to hold a "pep rally" comment as a legitimate reason for the Patriots to act like brats? he said one comment, much like any linebacker would make during a fans pep rally, not national media, but a Chargers pep rally. man, you are reeeeeeeeeaaaaaaccching!!

the Patriots can celebrate a victory, but why imitate Merriman AFTER the game, on top of the Chargers logo at midfield? remember when TO did that stuff on the Cowboy star and Emmitt Smith rushed him? same type of stuff....

it wasnt just 3-4 defenses that killed the Raiders, but everyone was killing the Raiders offense. they flat out sucked, but you already knew that. who is going to be the Raiders first pick in the draft? i hope it's a QB, because if not, it is going to be a looooooooooooong year again. Aaron Brooks is garbage. then, you're going to see more Merriman dancing again...

That's not even GOOD taunting! LOL! Try the Steelers chanting "WE DEY" after the Bengal playoff game and then AGAIN at their SB parade!

I;m not saying the Pats are classless...I believe they have a good organization...but the way the media fawns over them drives me batty! Dillon is a thug, BB had an affair with a married woman, Brady screams at officials and his teammates (oh wait, that's his "drive" I forgot) and then the incident at the end of the Charger game and people are surprised.

The Pats are just like most every other team: they have good guys and bad guys. Brady is not a God. He makes better desicions that most QB"s and when his WR step up he looks even better.

And let me say this about Belichek...it is the same thing I feel about Steven A Smith (formerly of his own ESPN show) just because you never smile doesn't mean you are always right.

I agree with the people who say the Pats should act like they've been there before. They were underdogs and they came out on top, congrats. But an underdog on paper only. Just becuase the media actually had the AUDACITY to think the Pate might lose the fans and the team feel they get no respect!

LOL!

Oh, and I'm routing for the Saints to win it all...but it would be nice to see Manning get to the SB and at least have a chance to win one.
