One of my fondest valentines day memmories was this.
I was walking through the mall and I was just window shopping. I saw something that caught my eye. A cute red head that was kneeling on the floor cleaning the windows of the store. What caught my eye where her tan nylon feet. Her shoes nowhere to be seen. So I walked in and she greeted me with a cherry hello. She was trying to remove some old stickers from the window. I talked to her for a few minutes as it was a very quiet night in the mall. I found out her name was Tanya and she was in college. Anyway she said something sarcastic to me and I took the opportunity to tickle her nylon soles. She responded "Won't work dear. I am not even ticklish but go ahead."
I tried a variety of things even took her duster and ran it over her feet and no response. She did feel bad and faked a cute giggle when I tickled under her toes.
