In the movie Tomorrow, When the War Began, Lincoln Lewis briefly tickles Rachel Hurd-Wood's feet. It happens at about the 14:30 mark, and the movie is available for free on Tubi.

Thanks for the Link! I remember her from The 2003 Peter Pan movie where she was barefoot the whole time and we get to see a close up,of her feet when she Walks the planks. Great to see her Barefeet being tickled!
