Liner material for padded stocks, and toeties

Does anyone know what liner material TickleAbuse uses in their padded stocks? I'm constructing a set (much simpler than theirs) and I've always liked how comfortable theirs looked.

Secondly, I'm trying to figure out how to do adjustable toeties. It looks like their made of that leather string stuff but I'm having trouble figuring how they actually fasten the toes in with each use. I see that there are holes drilled - is the string one continuous piece that is tied at one end, or is each toe tied separately?

I use pipe insulation - comfortable and easy to use.

So I've built my stocks but I'd like to add some nice upholstered padding. Any advice on how to get it nice and tight? I'm having trouble getting the vinyl covering to be snug
