Security Guards only have the right to observe and report in most states. I am sure it is in that one too. They can not touch a person or push them off the property. Everything in that video indicated that he threw threatened first, and threw the first punch. Since they had a vido camera, he was a moron. He probably not only lost his job, but since he threatened first and threw the first punch, he was probably brought up on charges of assualt and agrivated assault, and if he isn't in court now on the matter, he is in jail.
