Now Lisa always has a hard time in the stocks; she'll scream out her safeword usually in about eight minutes ... unless you find a way to make her think about something other than how ticklish her feet are.
I took a sound-activated vibrator, where the vibrating part is a little white "bullet" .. and I draped the cord between her toes and let the buzzy little bullet rest right in the middle of her arch--on the most sensitive part of the sole of her foot.
Then I told her, "now you only have yourself to blame, because I'll tickle you ... but the most you shriek and scream, the more you'll be tickling YOURSELF."
This got amusing because at the start, she was trying not to make any noise at all, which of course started making me tickle her worse. THEN she was all but exploding trying to NOT shriek, even though she knew she was going to make noise, and this leads to an evil little circle of tickle torture mind games!
Suffice to say, this game was rigged for her to lose, and she played her part perfectly!
