If its okay with the moderators, I would like to compile a list of dungeons, especially in North America, with submissive women available for tickling sessions. I'll start with these:

MaxFisch, like so many other sites, lists mainly dominas - women who can torment men (my wife takes care of that for me) - but very few submissive women - that is the reason I made up this thread - and I have even written them about it - I think its high time there was a listing of professional dungeons with female submissives available.

Even where I live, I received a card yesterday for a local 'studio of discipline' - it turns out its only a couple of dominas - a professional dungeon should have dominas, switches and submissives available and the facilities to play with them.

I even found a 'dungeon' listing for Thailand - again, only dominas - I wrote them and they were quite put off that I would ask about female submissives - they said they couldn't imagine making female submissives available. They even told me that would be illegal - so, its okay for a place with female dominas but not with submissives - what's with that?

Why pay for it, when you can become a member of a BDSM club, get friends who like it and do it for free?

The only active BDSM club here is Paddles. The ration of men to women there is about 5 to 1. Some of the women are not attractive. (Obviously, some some of the men are neither handsome nor young.) There used to be two others, The Vault and Hellfire Club, but they have gone out of business.

For anyone in the UK, I understand the guys over at femfeet.co.uk (based in Blackpool) have recently opened up their operation to allow you to "book" tickle sessions with some of their models.
I've not tried it myself (yet!), but - they do impose a few rules, for example, there are certain areas that are "off limits" where you are not allowed to tickle, and "pain" is not allowed. On the plus side, they will allow you to use their dungeon "equipment" (provided you're not filming).

When I was at Passive Arts for a tickling session recently, two sessions in fact, I was told by the submissive women that certain areas were off limits as well - that's okay - their feelings and requirements are just as important as mine - and I can tickle these ladies just as well without touching their breasts or genitals - one set a limit on both, the other only on the latter. Now if they said I couldn't touch their feet, for example, that would be a problem but I would find that out in the booking or interview process and I would then not do the session.
