Yes, someone has tried to start such a thread like this here before, and it died pretty quickly. Trust and individual integrity issues abound in this department. Seek and ye shall find has always been the motto on this subject.
Those that I have known can tell some stories of the creeps that abound. Like demands for full service ("can I pay extra for full service if I promise not to tell?") or some pretty twisted variations on the theme.

I think it would come down to a safety concern for most of the models which is why we started offering supervised sessions at tickle camp. It takes away the possibility that ticklers could get carried away with the session. Any of our models will do sessions in studio but rarely will they do sessions unsupervised.
