Loading video

I have been attempting to upload a video for others to download. I run into 2 problems doing so. I will get a tab that either says...
1...The "drop here" option fails and a message says to contact the administrator.
2...The "click here" function will not locate the clip on my PC.

Both of these errors are for the same clip? Because if click here won't locate it on your pc that sounds like an unsupported file type. What kind of video is it? And if that's what's going on, it would explain the drop here error too.

Yes they are. I was trying to load the actual clip for this thread https://www.ticklingforum.com/threads/hysterically-ticklish-feet.454715/ . It's 2.05 mb, windows media player/vlc.

wmv isn't a supported file type, but you can convert it to mp4 here - https://www.freeconvert.com/wmv-to-mp4
