I don't know where you're from, but some bigger cities have studio spaces for rent for photo shoots and such. You could always look into that.

Yes definitely go for the Hotel room but and this is most important, make sure it is a good hotel and not one of those cheap motels. The better hotel will have rooms that are more.....sound protected from ears outside the room and or next door.

That can get very pricey depending on the hotel. It would probably be better cost-wise if he went to a budget hotel and asked for a room that's farther away from the majority of the occupied ones.

I'd say try a hotel too that is the simplest option since you can't do it at you place, then again you could always plan to do one when it's just you

I'm pretty sure some BDSM places will rent out their bondage rooms for a price. I have no idea how expensive it is (and you can bet it'll be charged by the hour), but the upshot is you'll have access to all their tables, racks, etc, right there. It may also give the film a more "professional" look, IMO.

Perhaps look on the internet for dungeons in your area - you could also try dominas who have a dungeon - these could be rented, with all of the restraints and ambience you need, and quite possibly subs for your video if you need them as well. Hotels are also an option but be aware that your ticklee could well make some noise - perhaps daytime would be best for it.
