Log Flume Rides

Claire, you have inspired me.

i do not care much for Coasters, but i love the water flume rides. a good one will give many large splashes, and hopefully one super fantastic liquid rinse. if you are wetter than from a shower, its a thumbs up.

so which one is the best?

i choose the one at Hershey Park.

my fav....

okay there used to be a log flume in six flags great adventure....the ride itself was okay, but once off the ride you crossed over this bridge and wait till the log comes by and you get absolutly soaked!
i don't know if they still have it there or if they even let you stand on the bridge but let me tell you, how fun! soaked right down to your sneakers.... or your bare soles!

ah yes. that was the cement tracked flume ride, as distinguished from the regular log flume ride.

it was situated right near where the new batman & robin roller coaster is now. alas, it was taken down to make way for said roller coaster.

but it was a great way to cool down your bratty tootsies!

i lost a hat coming down the last swoop.
