Hey folks!

Quinn here from LOL. I've received a number of requests to do some mummification tickling. It sounds like fun, and the ladies are ok with it, so the next step is figuring out how.

Not that we couldn't "wing it," but I know some folks out there have a lot of interest and experience in this area. So, before we shoot a video, I'd like to know from the mummy lovers....what do you use? what do you like to see? any advice on technique?

My criteria are that it's something comfortable for the lee, reasonably inexpensive, and not a huge undertaking (i.e. I'm not encasing anyone in plaster, no matter how much fun that might be!). 😉

My general notion was to use a padded flat board as the base, and either wrap first and then strap them to the board or just wrap them directly to the board. I have lots of ideas for keeping the feet and toes still, but advice there would be great as well.

Thanks!

A shedload of saran wrap always works well!

I personally prefer wrapping before then strapping down after, I think it looks better and is more secure...but wrapping the 'lee straight to the board is quicker 😛

Good luck and I look forward to seeing the results! :jester:

I miss my "mummy" ....

These are some tickle clips from a former tickle producer, the "real" TIB's "Realtickling" latest ladies in mummy ticklings scenarios...hope this helps...

and kudos to you for doing this...I don't seee much of this around anymore (except in my private tickleplay 😛)

if you can hit something like a Costco or Sam's club where you are at, try and get the BIIIIIIIIIG rolls of saran wrap. and since there are a few of you involved in the production of the videos, have one steady your model while the other wraps. that way, when you do the lower body, there is little fear of the model losing balance and toppling on the floor.

Nice, a clip's worth a thousand words. Thanks! And that Genie clip (full version) is one of my all-time favs.

Two things with these, though, good as they are. First, I think the feet are moving around way too much, but I believe I have a solution for that. Second, it looks like the saran wrap doesn't really hold up under serious sustained struggling, especially for the arms, but that might just be a technique issue. Like most things in life, it's nothing a little duct tape couldn't fix... 😉

Great stuff jaba, and very educational. Thanks again!

Thanks cg,

Yeah I'll definitely be cruising the Costco aisles soon. I was actually hoping for something better than saran wrap, though. Mainly because it seems like it would get hot. And also because it seems sort of flimsy, although more layers and/or a little duct tape ought to fix that.

I think I'll check out a fabric store too. I can imagine a velcro-like material that would be perfect, but I have no idea whether it exists. Of course regular fabric doesn't have that stick-to-itself quality, but it seems like it would still work. And be reusable. Do you think they sell long bolts of cloth that are about a foot wide? Guess I'll go find out...won't be the first time I've gotten strange looks at a retail outlet...

Gauze...I wonder how wide the widest gauze strips are... :idunno:

i think, in the TIB videos, it was more of a flimsier material he was using. the big rolls of saran wrap are pretty tough. i used them quite a bit at the deli i once worked at, and the material is thicker than the common house brand.

Redmage once told me the saran wrap method can get a bit warm, especially if a layer or two of duct tape is applied. i believe he said "whatever the temperature is in the room, add 10 degrees and that is almost what the 'lee will feel in the wrappings."
