Hi if anyone can help. Looking for a scene, A male is talking to I think a doctor. The doc ask him to reveal some info. he responds no and a button is pushed and he yells to his nurse Send in the extraction team. they proceed to tickle him to it seems either he passed out or dies. Any help would be great.

the scene is in color, British. about late 60s.
