I can't remember the name, but I do recall the 2 characters. One was a cat girl who was deathly ticklish (esp her tail) and the other was a female wizard who usually got them into ticklish situations cause she liked getting tickled and seeing the cat girl get tickled.
Any one know what I'm talking about? Not remembering the name is driving me up the wall.

talk to anime316 on Tickletheater. I could be wrong, but I think he made the comics your talking about. I think the witches name was Yuri. The catgirls name is Jipsy.
