Around fall of last year, a video was up on youtube with the following details I snatched from some archive site:

As you can see, it has been deleted. All I remember was that there was a slide in the beginning showing the producer info and it was 5ish minute clip of a girl lying face down with her feet getting oiled and then tickled. A hand drill with some sort of sponge or brush attached would rotate and the tickler would tickle her feet with that as well. If anyone has more info, please reply, thanks!
UPDATE: I FOUND AN OLD ARCHIVED THUMBNAIL OF THE VIDEO, SEE ATTACHED
