I'm looking for a video clip: It's some type of sorority initiation where a girl is taped to what looks like a hanging backboard. 3 girls secure her, then start to tickle her. She says, "oh no, you aren't going to tickle me are you?"
Can't seem to find the clip. Can anyone help?
