Looking for a Couple Clips

I was wondering where they are.

Disney Channel used to play an old Christmas movie called Twas the Night and in it, Santa Claus would tickle the people who were against him. I thought it was pretty funny. But they don't show it anymore. Where can I find it?

I was also looking for Rugrats tickling scenes. There was one that I remember where angelica kidnaps Chuckie and Phil and Lil tickle his feet.

Both cute clips, I just failed to find them.
